What is Art Therapy?
Art Therapy is a mental health profession that uses the creative process of art making to improve and
enhance the physical, mental and emotional well-being of individuals of all ages.

How will Art Therapy be addressed ?
Artistic expression is the primary intervention, though talk therapy, family therapy and play are
also utilized when appropriate, with materials like pencil, clay, paint etc.
Meet the board certified Art Therapist, licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
Jenna Reynolds, MFT ATR-BC in our 2nd floor studio. She has more than 10 years experience
working in the field of mental health and now specializes in working with attachment disorders, trauma,
parenting behavior disorders and more.
Her sessions are individual, family, sibling or parent-child for approximately 50 minutes.
Flexible appointment times.
Fee: $65 per session, insurance not accepted at this time
